On Tuesday 12th March Ryedale A and B netball teams travelled to Malton for the under 13 partnership tournament. They played each other first with the A team beating the B team comfortably. They then played Lady Lumley’s, Malton and Norton. The B team worked extremely hard and played some strong Netball, beating Norton 4-2.
The A team were undefeated and with some excellent defence from Charlotte Mintoft (GK) and Poppy Robinson/Steph Brown (GD) they were able to win possession back.
Olivia Clegg worked tirelessly in centre to move the ball up court to Isla Mayfield (GA) and Evie Pike (GS) who both scored some brilliant shots.
All of the girls worked really well as a team and showed great performance throughout the tournament. Well done.
