Year 7 Rounders team unbeaten in tournament

The Year 7 rounders district tournament was on Thursday 11th June at Graham School in Scarborough.

Altogether we played 7 matches. We beat 6 schools which were Scarborough College, Malton, Lady Lumleys, Scalby, Pindar and St Augustine’s. We drew with Graham School.

This was all thanks to the amazing team and Mrs Green. We had some great catches from Martha Calton Seal, Molly Lakin, Olivia Darrell and Ellie Redshaw.

Also we had fantastic rounders done by Abbie Cowton, Sky Otterburn and Katie Gamble.

There was excellent fielding done by the rest of the team; Georgia Morgan, Evie Chapman, Elizabeth Daniels, Talia Higgs and Leah Nichols.

We hope we keep up the good work for the next tournament in a few weeks’ time where we can take two teams.
