Year 6 Literacy Days

We have had a busy few weeks in the Library meeting the new Year 6 pupils for their Literacy days.
Everybody enjoyed their day designing and decorating book bags, finding out about the Library and checking out their first reading book.

All Year 6 pupils also had the opportunity to experience lunch in the school canteen and meet Year 7 pupils, who talked to them about moving up to Ryedale School.

Thank you to our Year 6 pupils for taking part in the Literacy days and we look forward to seeing you on Induction Day on June 14th.
