Urgent Update Re Year 11 Parents’ Evening and Reports

We have recently experienced problems with our internal computer system and as a result we are unable to print and distribute the Year 11 reports this week. We are working with a technical support company in order to rectify this problem.

Ideally, report information should be available before you make your decisions on the staff you would like to see at parents’ evening. To enable this to still happen, we have decided to use the reserve date for the parents’ evening of Thursday 5^th February, rather than the scheduled date of Thursday 29^th January.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are aiming to post reports and parents’ evening invitations out to you by the end of next week. If there is any change to this arrangement, we will of course keep you updated.
