Last Friday turned out once more to be a perfect day for the annual school walk with all year groups, apart from the recently departed Year 11, taking part.
Friends and family kindly sponsor the pupils for our biggest PTA fundraising event of the year so a big thank you to them and the pupils who completed the 13 mile course. There were a few blistered feet at the end but lots of smiles and laughter along the way. Thanks too for the assistance provided by members of the PTA at the water stations and to the staff who took part.
The final total isn’t in yet but it is looking like around £6k was raised which is a brilliant achievement!
