On Thursday 10th October, the year 10 students and their parents attended an evening of work experience information as well as careers and post-16 guidance at Ryedale School.
The evening began with talks from Miss Wallis and Mr Pepper. Students and parents then visited a well organised careers/post-16 careers fair, which was set out in the Studio, Gym and Dining Room and various classrooms. The fair was well attended by post-16 providers, including a range of State and Independent Sixth Forms and Colleges, Apprenticeship providers, Universities and the Armed Forces.
We hope that the evening has inspired students with the organisation of their work experience visits, whilst leading them in the correct direction towards their post-16 choices.
