From the 12th October to 16th October Year 8 pupils were given an exciting opportunity to go to Bewerley Park for a week’s residential course. A slide show is available below but may take some time to download:
Bewerley Park is located in the heart of the Yorkshire dales and offers high quality outdoor education by using ‘real’ outdoor environments. During the week pupils took part in a range of activities such as, rock climbing, abseiling, gorge walking, canoeing and team building exercises. During the course pupils were encouraged to develop their personal, social and emotional skills.
All pupils had an enjoyable fun learning experience and am already looking forward to planning next year’s visit.
